owning / purchasing art and/or designs made by me means you have read and agree to the terms below ദ്ദി •⩊• )
general
this applies to all my work ( personal, commissioned work, adopts etc.)
my art is for personal use only (unless you've purchased commercial rights) . do not use my art for commercial purposes/monetary gain, claim my artwork and/or designs as yours, remove my credit or use it for generative AI.using my art for personal use like profile pics, wallpapers etc. is okay as long as you do not alter my artwork in any way or remove my watermark.
cropping and resizing the image for icons, banner etc. use is okay as long as my watermark remains unaltered, clear/readable and/or I am given proper and reasonable credit.How to credit me?
A link to my Instagram account or carrd on the post/repost or permanently on the website, social media account, etc.I retain the rights to my art and can post, print and advertise any art / work in progress to social media, portfolios etc.
Payment method is thru Paypal in USD $!
commissions
payment;
payment must be paid in full before i start your comm.
there are no refunds after the sketch is approved.
i have the right to cancel and refund your commission at any point.process;
your commission should be completed within 1 month ( up to 3 months incase of emergency/personal issues, u will be informed if this happens ) . if i cannot finish your commission u will be refunded fully.
progress updates will be sent for the sketch and base colors. each step needs to be approved before i start the next stage.
small adjustments can be made. and if you'd like to see more progress updates, feel free to ask! <3rights ;
commissioned artwork is for personal use only, commercial rights are sold separately.
customs
you need a Toyhouse account to order a custom
payment;
payment must be paid in full before i start your comm.
there are no refunds or cancelation once sketch is approved.
only a 70% refund will be given if you cancel once i send the sketch.
only i have the right to cancel and fully refund your commission at any point.process;
there is no set turnaround time for customs.
progress updates will be sent for the sketch and base colors and needs to be approved before i start the next stage.
please provide clear images, descriptions, and anything you want in the design. ( moodboards, character's personality etc. )rights ;

you cannot edit the original art or use it commercially in any way. however you're allowed to change the design, make alternate versions, rename the character and so on, as long as im still credited for the design.
adopts
you need a Toyhouse account to purchase an adopt
payment ;
payment must be paid in full before i transfer the character(s) over.
payment plans and holds are allowed as long as there's a down payment of at least $25 or more depending on the amount due.
specifics of hold length and payment plans will be discussed and agreed on before i accept the down payment.failure to pay the amount due within 24 hours after the agreed time will result in the character being put back on sale and no refund will be given. if you need to extend your hold/payment plan you need to discuss this with me first before the agreed timerights ;
